Perfect Location if you like good meat. Nice Interieur with nice grill. Our waiter told us everything about the meat and its specifics. Great job man. The food was pretty perfect. Delicious. A great place to ne. Enjoy.

My fiancée and I were in Orlando visiting and just happened to see an advertisement for Charley’s Steak House on a sign that sat on top of a Taxi. We decided to try it out and walked right into steak heaven!! The atmosphere was a perfect compliment to the food. Our waitress (Dana) was AMAZING!! She saw to it that our experience was wonderful and unforgettable. This restaurant surpassed our expectations and has lived up to its reputation. We will DEFINITELY be back on our next visit. Thank you Charley’s for a memorable experience!!

Amazing experience. Came down from Virginia last October and had the most amazing waitress. I’m so sorry I can’t remember her name but will always remember this place!

My son took us here and it was AWESOME!!!! Be prepared to pay - but excellent steaks. The quality of meat is not something that you can buy in your local market.

Recently dined here for my birthday dinner. The service and the food were excellent, especially the lobster Mac and cheese; it was truly amazing. My waiter for the night, Ivan treated us very well and catered to all of our needs, and even gave us a courtesy dessert. He was very kind and knew everything about the restaurant and their steak cuts. I would most definitely return here when I am back in the area.

Top-notch Steak House. Ordered the Porterhouse and it was cooked to perfection. Additionally, they also have the finest cocktails, craft beers, and wines. Walter our service provided excellent service and was very attentive. Thank you and will visit again soon.

Best steak I’ve ever had , topped only by the amazing service we received from our server Gaetano. Must try the crab cake, definitely recommend this place to anyone who likes good steak. That being said this is a high quality restaurant you get what you pay for here.

This place was amazing. I took my family who were visiting from Canada. By far the best meat iv ever eatten. They come tableside and explain all the cuts. The food is made to share so 1 steak is good for 2 people as are all the sides. I will be back

Honestly, can't think of a better steakhouse I've ever been to. Everything was delicious. The appetizers, to the drinks, and the main course was incredible. The service was awesome. Easily my favorite steakhouse of all-time.

Usually the hostesses here are not the friendliest. Been to this location a handful of times. However, I must say the manager, tall man with dark hair, was very nice and ran the restaurant very well. Despite the hostess, who looked very unprofessional...young woman with 5 inch fingernails, tattoos, hair pulled back in bun and huge hoop earrings. She was not friendly and she was giving people longer wait times that were not accurate. The tall dark haired manager came over, got everyone seated in a timely manner, and was very nice. The bar staff was also very friendly and made great drinks! Steak is usually always good too!

This is absolutely without a doubt one of the best steakhouses in Orlando!!! The entire staff, management and valet (Brennan) were friendly and delightful. This is our new favorite steakhouse! We loved the steak presentation, the food was perfectly cooked and the portions were more than adequate. Everything was perfect and coupled with the safety and security of being able to pay directly from your table via a little tablet makes this definitely a 5-star establishment.

So I “like” steak! But now I “Love it” Our server Brandon was honestly the best server we’ve ever had. He had such a wonderful personality and his presentation from the different types of steaks, all the way down the menu to the wines and cocktails, was beyond. My thoughts were “wow he had some amazing training and mastered it” The manager Adam was attentive and pleasant as well! If you’re looking for the best steak you’ve ever had, with a pleasant experience, you MUST visit Charleys steak house.

Far and away the best steak I've ever had. Exceptional service to a party of 18 people. Waiting staff was professional and incredibly engaging.Full presentation of the steaks was a great touch to the meal. Special shout out to our table's waiter, Chad, who was the epitome of class. Well spoken, professional, the whole nine yards. Writing this review late as we ate there back in October but needed to make it known what a great establishment this is.

This restaurant deserves 100 stars! From the complimentary valet to the manager leaving a business card at our table...everything was exquisite! I can’t wait to go back!!! Updating my previous review... previously I wrote about our trip to Charlie's and receiving amazing service but being served a raw steak. After posting the review a representative from Charlie's, Adam Santorelli reached out to me to talk about our experience and quickly corrected the issue. A huge thanks to Adam and his staff who always provide top notch service and look to ensure a wonderful dining experience.

Great steak, great service. What more is there to say? I had a 28oz Porterhouse. Delicious - cooked exactly as I asked.

This place is on the expensive side. However the service and food are exceptional. They have a variety of steaks. The ones we tried were very tasty. The American Wagyu is specially recommended. Their house salad and bread are also unique and worth the expense.

My boyfriend and I were in Orlando for a short weekend trip and he suggested we go to Charley’s. From the salad, to the bread, to my 24 ounce porterhouse- this was by far one of the best meals I’ve probably ever had in my life. It is definitely pricey but splurge one time and treat yourself, you won’t regret it.

This place was great! Quality steaks with great flavor from being grilled over wood. Some of the best most different crabcakes ever! They gave a meatball appetizer as a free birthday gift. Even the dinner rolls were amazing. The watermelon martini was so refreshing. Service was good too. They do the checks on electronic devices and seemed to be having trouble getting them working, but they made up for it by giving us a free dessert to go. I will definitely be back for another round.

As they say, it was an experience as opposed to just a dinner. Angel was fantastic; knowledgeable and very attentive. The food was delicious, with the steak being among the best I've ever had. I highly recommend Charley's and will certainly be back.

The atmosphere is a combination of family friendly, college hangout, romantic date night, whatever you chose. The food and drink menu offers many choices for everyone. And the Service is 💯 top of the line!!

Definitely a dining experience! The escargot was delicious, the filet was cooked to perfection, I enjoyed the Char grilled vegetables which by the way was very good variety, the baked potato was humongous! The service was delightful! The only thing negative I would say is that although it is an intimate setting the lighting was not adequate enough to really read your menus. I think it should have just a little more lighting. It's a great place to celebrate! Enjoy because you will never be disappointed in the flavor of the food.

This is a classy place with amazing food. Not only is the steak amazing but the appetizers, sides and deserts are as well. They have a amazing array of wine and alcoholic beverages but be prepared to drop a good amount of money on dinner! I highly recommend this restaurant if you want to impress someone or take a client out.

The prices are high, but the food was worth every penny. Service deserves a 4-star rating, but the steak was simply worth 5

Our favorite restaurant for good steaks and seafood. Nice Atmosphere. Tough finding parking though. On a late Saturday night try to make reservations .. usually about an hour wait otherwise.

The American Wagyu is absolutely exquisite. I Had the pleasure of going to Charley’s Steak House for my Birthday and I must say it was a tremendous decision! The American Wagyu was explained to have been massages and music played for. One of the best steaks that I’ve ever had and it was well worth it. Customer service was great and I loved how well prepared the presentation was before being served. We were also served a complimentary lobster bisque for my birthday which was so kind and greatly appreciated! If your looking for a classy high end well served and polished restaurant to eat at then I’d definitely recommend coming to Charley’s Steak House! You will not be disappointed.

A wonderful dining experience! We came in to satisfy a lobster craving and we were not at all disappointed! Great service, and the food was delicious. There was a small hiccup with our order but the staff went above and beyond to make it better. Very happy we ate there ^-^

I would love tip give this place 5 stars. It used to be my favorite steak place in the country, but the food just doesn't quite make the ratings it used to. As a high end steak house, i have very high expectations and this just leaves me wanting a little bit more. Don't get me wrong, i like it and i will be back, but i just can't like it as much as i used to.

The service was certainly 5 star, but the pork chop they brought to me was undercooked/borderline raw. They immediately fixed the problem, but instead of bringing me a new chop they brought back out the original one. Not what I expected, but whatever I guess. The apps and sides were good, based on the pork chop issue, I dont think I would return.

Had an amazing meal here with my boyfriend. The crab cakes were delicious as was the steak. Our server Nikita was very accommodating. Had a wonderful experience and will come back again.

Great dinner. Ordered their best steak wet aged, mishima american wagyu ribeye 8/9 marbling grade. Amazing steak. They cooked it perfectly. Sides were good, desert and wine as well. Service is excellent. I’ve been to the best steakhouses and this one is truly commendable. Great job. We’ll be back.

Nice place to take a very special person or your wife .plate are generated and manager on top of things .employees are very informative about their ditches and drinks are ok .plenty of food

Probably the best steak house I have ever been in my entire life. I don’t care what anybody says. Been my steak house the last 3 years and I sure will never stop going. The food is amazing quality and quantity, The service is amazing, the managers Jessica and Adam are probably the most professional managers I have ever dealt with. See you again soon!

Not a fan of this Charlie’s. Usually at the bar, it’s a fun energetic lively scene. There was no music on, everyone seemed out of it. We ordered our dinner which was rushed. Didn’t have time to eat our salad. The steak was really good as it usually is at Charlie’s. I wouldn’t go back to this location.

Charley’s steakhouse is easily one of the best I have ever been to. The steak experience itself is outstanding where it is almost as much about the attentive service and show and tell as it is about the food itself. Although it may sound strange, I’ve also come to find the prices very affordable compared to some other high end houses.My only negative would be the bar staffing, who at our last visit was extremely disappointing in not giving us any attention at all for a very long period of time, even though we were actually at the counter. Avoid the bar, but do not let that hinder you from a very fine steak and experience.

Absolutely phenomenal. Lived the bartenders, best bread I've EVER had, lobster mac was literally a block of mac and cheese and was loaded with lobster. Definitely a must try while in Orlando.

This is one of those high end places that you can only afford if you're on the company expense account, which I was! They bring your food out to you before it's cooked to show you how amazing it is and why it's so expensive. Charley's is old school steak house and the high prices are reflected in the high quality.

A classical steakhouse with all the trimmings (!). The fire pit is amazing as you walk in! Service was quick and followed the scripts well. It's interesting to compare how the waiter presented the menu at your table and the neighboring tables. Like the idea that they fund a charity each month. Selected items add to the charity and you can round your final bill to. If you want to experience a traditional steakhouse, this is the place.

Food was absolutely outstanding. I don't think our server could really understand us. he brought out an extra appetizer that we didn't order. tried to talk about it but he asked if we wanted another so we gave up. didn't want bottle water but got it anyways. besides the communication barrier or maybe that's there gimmick. It was excellent but don't let it happen to you !

Great experience. The menu is pricey but you get great quality for what you're paying for. Our waiter was very knowledgeable about the menu and especially the cuts of meat and very attentive. The Manager even stopped by and introduced himself. Food was excellent. Flavorful and filling. The Lobster Bisque was full of thick chunks of lobster, gator was tasty, Manhattan was excellent and the sweet butter cake was the cherry on top!
